I am taking a survey to see whether congregation members would like to have Congregation Access to church mass Volunteer Scheduling software if your church used Volunteer Scheduling Software? This would mean you could access your account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to maintain your family members, email address, password, mailing address, phone number, volunteer specifics including busy dates. You could see a family schedule showing only the dates and times your are on the schedule. You could export that to your calendar. You could unschedule due to conflict and it would notify others in your volunteer group and same mass preference time that a duty is up for grabs and if interested take the self schedule menu option and grab it. This is done without YOU having to contact the church or others. Family schedules are automatically updated through that process. Other choice is: you prefer paper forms once a year to update the church of your family volunteer data changes and family volunteer group picks. If you have a schedule conflict you must contact someone by phone to take your place and then contact the church to notify them of the change. You would only see a full schedule at the begin of the schedule date range and need to search for your name to see when you are scheduled (no schedule updates). I am looking for a yes or no answer. Yes=you would like congregation access, No=not interested in congregation access, leave as a once a year paper process and manually find a substitute when needed. Thanks.
